Strength & Conditioning – Where are we heading?

Bonjour! Today I join you from France, enjoying a week’s holiday. As I take a wee break, I will be reflecting (I admit, I wrote this before I departed) on the Strength & Conditioning for Therapists blog series and thinking about the content for the coming autumn.

Firstly let me say a HUGE thank you to each and everyone of you who have read my posts, engaged in the (sometimes heated!) debate on Twitter and have take the time to send me e-mails commenting on both the blog and on the Strength & Conditioning Guide For Therapists download.

I’m absolutely delighted to be a part of this conversation, and even more humbled to receive so many lovely messages from therapists across the globe. Here are just a few:

So let me take this opportunity to ask you, what have you enjoyed, what would you like to see more of, is there a specific topic or question on strength and conditioning that you would like answering??? I asked a this question way back in March on Twitter and your your feedback was instrumental in determining the topics I addressed on the blog.

So, if you’d be so kind, I’ve created a very short 5 question survey that will take 2 minutes to complete. Could you quickly click the link below and offer your important votes for future topics. And if you favoured topic isn’t there you can add it to the list.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and getting into the next season of articles. Many thanks, Claire 🙂
