Please read the below and make sure you understand our terms and conditions. Sorry for the rather formal language.

Get Back To Sport assumes no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred as a result of any use or reliance upon the information and material contained within or downloaded from this website.

You have the right to cancel your online training, providing we receive the request in writing within 24-hours following purchase and within 14 days before the scheduled date for any in-person training. After this time, no cancellations are permitted and no refunds will be given. If you cancel your attendance at a practical session within 14 days and wish to attend an alternative practical session, we will do our very best to make this happen at no extra cost, although unfortunately we can’t guarantee this.

If you cancel any training you must return all training materials supplied at your own expense. If you are eligible for a refund you must apply in in writing.

When taking an exam, submitting any case study or any written assessment, if you are unsuccessful with your first attempt you will be given the opportunity to re-take the exam or re-submit the case study once free of charge. Subsequent retakes and re-submissions will incur a charge.

Our training materials are copyrighted. We encourage you to use the information, training tools and techniques within our courses to improve your practice and build your business, however, you must not copy, reproduce, republish, broadcast, present,or make available to the public any Get Back To Sport content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Get Back To Sport content except for your own personal use. Basically, please use and adapt any of our course material for your own purposes to help you work more effectively with clients, but don’t re-sell or present as your own our training materials either with or without adaptation.
