Hypohydration
Hypohydration - it's the uncompensated loss of body water. Hypohydration occurs as a result of dehydration, when fluid intake doesn’t match water lost through sweat. Much attention is paid to how fluid loss can impact endurance performance, but does it affect strength? Do we need to think about it from a rehabilitation and injury risk perspective?
